TLDR: New RX 5700 XT, and Yes it is in an Inverted Case! I've been upgrading this rig over the course of 3 years or so. Although, can it really be considered the same build? The only thing left of the original build is the PSU ha. Just made the jump from the RX 580 to the RX 5700 XT and couldn't possibly be happier with how it has topped of this iteration of the build. AND Yes, this is an inverted case. Tempered glass sits on the right side of the case and the Motherboard is rotated 90 degrees and mounted on the opposite side of the case than normal. Originally the decision to have an inverted case came about because I have only have space on the left side. But now that I've had it for a bit, I feel like it sets my build apart from all the rest! Let me know if you think it does too!
