Netherlands		 PowerColor has a super solid offering with the compact and aesthetically pleasing looking Red Dragon. With just two fans the card remains fairly silent and offers very decent temps. Overall a good design add-in card. As such definitely recommended. Please do go with an 8GB version my man, even if it was to be a little more future proof when moving away from Full HD as a resolution.

US		 If you're on the market for a 1080p graphics card, the AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT might just be the way to go. It's powerful enough to run most games at 60fps, even if it will run into issues with the most demanding titles – think Red Dead Redemption 2 and Metro Exodus. However, because it goes blow for blow with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 at a lower price, it's an easy graphics card to recommend.
There are some workloads that the savings don't justify the loss in power, however, and only time will tell whether that gap will widen or narrow in the future. The faster and more capacious VRAM could make the Radeon RX 5500 XT better equipped to handle next-generation games, but we won't know that until more next-generation games actually come out.

USA		 I feel like the RX 5500 XT as a whole deserves recognition here for being capable of holding its own against its Nvidia competition while also meeting a similar price point. Time will tell if this strategy will net mass adoption, or if more value for performance is needed. Overall I feel comfortable recommending the RX 5500 XT as a 1080p capable GPU, especially for those who play lighter titles such as Fortnite, Rocket League, CS:GO or other competitive titles.
The Red Dragon version of the RX 5500 XT from Powercolor is a capable card with a solid cooling solution that tames the tiny chip and looks good while doing so.

There’s little reason to upgrade if you’re an existing GTX 1060 or RX 580 / RX 590 owner, but if you’re still rocking one of Nvidia’s GTX 1050 Ti GPUs or an older AMD Radeon RX card and are starting to feel the strain a bit, then the RX 5500 XT is the perfect replacement.
