Germany		 In terms of performance, the Radeon RX 6650 XT Red Devil has definitely gotten better and can outperform an overclocked RX 6600 XT. The silicon seems to have been optimized here. Compared to the RX 6600 XT, more power has definitely been achieved. With the RX 6650 XT replacing the RX 6900 XT, that's definitely a good thing when it comes to performance. Due to the beta driver, the card weakened in Battlefield V in 1080P, but it did well in 4k titles. According to our measurements, the Radeon RX 6650 XT is below the GeFroce RTX 3060 Ti in terms of performance .
The large cooler of the RedDevil Edition is quite large and thus offers good cooling performance with acceptable noise levels.

Poland		 The PowerColor graphics card, in my opinion it is a product that is pleasing to the eye, well-made and with a large dose of multi-colored RGB backlight, which can be additionally synchronized with the motherboard. Fans of rainbow attractions will surely be satisfied, and if someone does not like LEDs, they can be simply turned off. The biggest advantage of the Red Devil model, however, is nothing more than excellent cooling, which provides decent temperatures with a sensational work culture, and as additional measurements have shown, there are no obstacles to significantly improve thermal conditions, if necessary, with still low noise.
